JOURNAL ENTRY AND OPINION

{¶ 1} Defendant was convicted by a jury of menacing by stalking in violation of R.C. 2903.211, a felony of the fourth degree.1 He appeals this conviction, as well as the sentence the trial court imposed.

{¶ 2} In October 2002, Jennifer Kinzer lived in a suburb of Cleveland, Ohio. She lived there with her husband and three children. Defendant had been Kinzer's neighbor for thirteen years.
