Introduction

The Debtor has filed a complaint seeking a determination of the dischargeability of particular debts. The debts in question are the unpaid court costs arising out of a certain state court criminal prosecution. The Defendants oppose the request. The Debtor has filed a motion for summary judgment, which is opposed. After a hearing held on June 20, 2012, the parties submitted a stipulated itemization of the unpaid costs.
