Plaintiff Jack Parker brought this action in the district court of the first judicial district, county of Lewis and Clark, against First National Bank & Trust Company of Helena, First National Bank of Great Falls, Bison Motor Company, and Dave Middle-mas, sheriff of Lewis and Clark County, to recover for an alleged conversion of an automobile.
