¶1 —Arvell Kindell appeals his convictions and sentence for first degree burglary and second degree unlawful possession of a firearm. One of the elements of first degree burglary is that the defendant entered or remained unlawfully in a building with the intent to commit a crime against a person or property therein. RCW 9A.52.020(1). As a matter of law, illegally possessing a firearm does not constitute a crime against property.
