Appellant contends that the evidence is insufficient to support his conviction of operating a motor vehicle with a defaced serial number.1

On May 17, 1972 at approximately 5':30 p. m., two Philadelphia police officers, patroling in an unmarked police Vehicle, observed the appellant driving a 1972 Cadillac Eldorado in an erratic manner down Germantown Avenue, Philadelphia. One of the officers, Officer Brennan, had worked with the automobile squad investigating stolen cars for several years.
