This court’s opinion of December 14, 2012, is withdrawn, and the following is substituted therefor.

Dana J. Lacey (“the wife”) and Russell S. Lacey (“the husband”) were divorced by a February 6, 2007, judgment of the trial court that incorporated the parties’ settlement agreement. Pursuant to the divorce judgment, the wife was awarded, among other things, the marital residence, a parcel of real property, and certain financial assets.
