Proceeding pursuant to CPLR article 78 (transferred to this Court by order of the Supreme Court, entered in Albany County) to review a determination of respondent which found petitioner guilty of violating certain prison disciplinary rules.
Petitioner was found guilty after a hearing of violating the *768prison disciplinary rules which prohibit inmates from possessing weapons (rule 113.10) and contraband (rule 113.23) and from engaging in unauthorized organizational activities (rule 105.12).
