OPINION BY MUSMANNO, J.:

*480 Cedric Antonio Glass ("Glass") appeals from the judgment of sentence imposed following his conviction of one count each of delivery of a controlled substance, possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance, possession of a small amount of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia, criminal use of a communication facility, and fleeing or attempting to elude a police officer. We affirm.
