Plaintiffs Mortenson, sellers, sued on the ground of breach of contract to obtain a ■declaration of termination of the rights of the defendant Financial Growth, Inc., buyer, in a contract of sale of a large ranch property, known as the Mortenson Ranch in Morgan County. Financial ■Growth denied breach, contended breach by the plaintiffs; and the other corporate defendant, Professional United Realty, ■counterclaimed for a sales commission.
