OPINION OF THE COURT

Memorandum.

The order of the Appellate Division should be affirmed.

Following a jury trial, defendant was convicted of felony murder, two counts of first degree robbery, and one count of criminal possession of a weapon in the second degree. The indictment arose out of a robbery of two men in a parked car by defendant and other unapprehended persons, during which one of the men in the car was fatally shot.
