Defendant appeals a judgment of conviction of one count of first-degree encouraging child sexual abuse (Count 1), ORS 163.684,1 and eight counts of second-degree encouraging child sexual abuse (Counts 2 through 9), ORS 163.686.2 The court also found defendant in contempt of court, and it added a conviction for contempt to the judgment.
