Plaintiff Norma J. Hicks (“Hicks”), in her capacity as administrator of the estate of Jonathan Bernard Hicks (the “Estate”), and Defendants Ronnie Eugene Pruden and Sentara Hospitals (“Sentara”) appeared by counsel before the Court on May 5, 2016, for a hearing on Hicks’s Motion To Compel, proper notice having been given to all parties.
