This is an appeal from a judgment denying appellant’s petition for a writ of error coram nobis.
On July 24, 1947, appellant was convicted of robbery and was sentenced to serve a term of not less than 10 years and not more than 25 years in the Indiana State Prison. The affidavit on which appellant was convicted was filed on February 13, 1947. He and his brothers employed counsel who obtained his release upon bond, and he was at large and free to consult with his attorney until the trial on July 24, 1947.
