Appellees, individually and as executors and trustees under the last will and testament of Henry M. Robinson, deceased, filed their bill in chancery in the circuit court of Tazewell county, to the February term, 1915, thereof, to construe the last will and testament of said deceased and for relief. The defendant S. C. Nixon had contracted with said executors to purchase certain real estate of the deceased under the powers of the executors given by the will.
