This appeal concerns the constitutionality of certain provisions of the Minnesota abortion law, Minn.Stat. §§ 145.411-145.416 (1974), and the regulations promulgated thereunder by the Minnesota State Board of Health. On March 21, 1974, the Minnesota abortion law, passed in response to the decisions of the Supreme Court in Roe v. Wade, 410 U.S. 113, 93 S.Ct. 705, 35 L.Ed.2d 147 (1973) and Doe v.
