This is an appeal from a jury verdict and judgment for $28,819.90 in favor of Hartline-Thomas, plaintiff below, arising out of the breach of a construction contract. Appellants are owners and builders of Oak Creek Apartments, a substantial apartment complex. They entered into a written contract with Hartline-Thomas, a painting contracting firm, to affix a special epoxy exterior coating to the several apartment buildings.
