Defendant, Century 21 Petros Real Estate, Inc. (Century 21), appeals from a denial of a petition brought pursuant to section 2 — 1401 of the Illinois Code of Civil Procedure (Ill. Rev. Stat. 1991, ch. 110, par. 2 — 1401) seeking relief from a judgment entered in favor of plaintiffs, Lee and Leona Fíala (Fíalas). The Fíalas entered into a contract with Robert and Rose Schulenberg (Schulenbergs), defendants-cross-plaintiffs, to purchase real estate.
