Appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court (Mercure, J.), entered September 25, 1987 in Warren County, which dismissed petitioner’s application, in a proceeding pursuant to CPLR article 78, to review a determination of respondent Lake George Zoning Board of Appeals granting an area variance to respondents Paul Aarons and Bonnie Aarons.
