The plaintiff in error, defendant in the court •below, challenges the legality of the sentences pronounced against him upon his plea of •guilty to an indictment charging him with four violations of the White Slave Traffic Act .(June 25, 1910, e. 395, 36 Stat. 825 [Comp. St. §§ 8812-8819]).
