Order, Supreme Court, New York County (Ira Gammerman, J.), entered March 14, 1984, which, in a medical malpractice action, denied defendants-appellants’ motions for summary judgment, and granted defendant Presbyterian Hospital’s cross motion for summary judgment dismissing the complaint as to it, unanimously, modified, on the law and on the facts, to the extent of granting defendants-appellants Ellenville Community Hospital and Drs. Henry Schneer and John Barrios’ motions for summary judgment dismissing the complaint and cross claims as against them, and otherwise affirmed, without costs.
