Whitner v. Thompson

This is a suit by appellee against appellant for unlawful detainer of a part of the Grlen Hotel building on lots 8 and 9 in block 20 of Blythe Addition to the city of Blytheville, Arkansas, and for accrued rents thereon.

Appellant filed a demurrer to the complaint on the ground that three days’ notice to vacate was not given him as required by statute, which demurrer was overruled over his objection and exception.
