Meyers v. Akins

The plaintiff is the owner of an estate for her life in property described in .her petition. The property is real estate, and located in the heart of the city of Cleveland, on Euclid avenue. She brings this action against Albert E. Akins, ■county auditor of Cuyahoga county, to enjoin him from placing on the county tax duplicate said property, and to restrain him from collecting the tases assessed ■on her said property for the years 1891,1892 and 1893.
