WILLIAM SERIGNE & LIONEL SERIGNE (Parish of St. Bernard) For the foregoing reasons, we reverse the court of appeal’s determination in errors patent review that Lionel Serigne’s conviction and sentence must be set aside because he was unable to validly waive a jury trial.
