Howry, defendants, to recover cattle alleged to be covered by a chattel mortgage to plaintiff; intervention by Grace H. Howry, wife of defendant Howry; directed judgment and verdict for plaintiff; intervener brings the case here on writ of error. The parties are hereinafter referred to as aligned in the trial court.
