MCI Communications Corporation (“MCI”), a specialized communications common carrier engaged in providing private line communications services for businesses and government agencies between their offices in different cities, is suing the American Teléphone & Telegraph Company (“AT&T”) and its affiliated companies for a conspiracy in restraint of trade, monopolization, attempted monopolization, and conspiracy to monopolize.
