The defendant was convicted by a jury on an indictment charging two counts of murder in the first degree, each based on felony-murder, deliberate premeditation, and extreme atrocity or cruelty. He was also convicted of armed assault in a dwelling.1 The defendant appeals from his convictions, as well as from the denial of his motion for a new trial. He raises numerous issues.
