In accordance with his pleas, appellant was convicted at special court-martial of two specifications of assault, violations of Article 128, 10 U.S.C. § 928, Uniform Code of Military Justice (UCMJ); of one specification of unauthorized absence, a violation of Article 86, 10 U.S.C. § 886, UCMJ; and of one specification of breaking restriction, a violation of Article 134, 10 U.S.C. § 934, UCMJ.
