CAVE, Judge.

This is a suit brought by the plaintiff-respondent to collect a double indemnity benefit claimed to be due her on a policy of insurance issued by the defendant-appel-. lant upon the life of her deceased husband, Michael Antweiler, and in which policy she was named the beneficiary. The amount involved is less than $7,500, and this court has jurisdiction.

The cause was tried to a jury and at the close of plaintiff’s evidence, the court sustained defendant’s motion for a directed verdict and ordered the jury to return a verdict in accordance therewith. Plaintiff filed a motion for new…
