| Merry Johnson appeals the Craighead County Circuit Court’s April 28, 2015 order denying his petition for grandparent visitation. On appeal he argues that (1) the trial court abused its discretion by refusing to deem admitted his request for admissions and (2) the trial court clearly erred in finding that it was not in the child’s best interest to have visitation with him. Appellee Shellee Bennett did not file a responsive brief. We affirm.
