¶ 1. On March 3, 2004, the Chancery Court of Jefferson Davis County entered *487an order compelling Cassie Johnson to surrender certain property belonging to the intestate estate of Robert Earl Hat-horne. Johnson filed a “motion to reconsider or, in the alternative, motion to set aside the judgment, and motion for ex parte judgment” in which she challenged the chancery court’s subject matter jurisdiction, among other things. The chancellor denied Johnson’s motion, finding that she lacked standing to challenge the court’s jurisdiction.
