HALE, District judge.

This' is a libel by a shipowner, a Danish corporation, against a shipper, a Massachusetts corporation, for failure to load. The libel alleges that on July 22, 1914, the respondent made a contract in writing with the libelant to load on the steamship Kentucky at Hoosac Tunnel Docks, Boston, eight or ten loads of heavy grain for Ahus or Trelleborg, in the kingdom of Sweden, at respondent’s option, at two shillings three pence per quarter of 480 pounds, and balance of steamship requirements for Copenhagen at one shilling nine pence per quarter of 480 pounds, the option for…
