Appeal by defendant from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Queens County, rendered July 9, 1971, convicting him of grand larceny in the second degree, upon a jury verdict, and imposing sentence". Judgment reversed and a new trial ordered, in the interests of justice. A review of the record of the trial reveals obvious inadequacies of defense éounsel resulting in a deprivation to defendant of a fair trial.
