This was an action for the foreclosure of a mortgage of real estate given by John A. Johnson, securing note of the said John A. Johnson, endorsed by the appellants, E. C. Johnson and Ethel M. Johnson; and for personal judgment against the maker and endorsers of the note. The date of the note is January 7, 1927.
