In this post-dissolution proceeding, Kristin M. Nackel, now known as Kristin M. Yoder (wife), appeals from the district court's order affirming a magistrate's ruling that Gerald L. Nackel (husband) pay a portion of wife's attorney fees, but that did not address her request for attorney fees for defending against husband's motion to review. We affirm the district court's order, but conclude that a remand is necessary for a determination of wife's request for attorney fees and costs.
