George R. Martin, Jr. (Licensee), appeals from the August 23, 2010, order of the Court of Common Pleas of Lancaster County (trial court), which dismissed Licensee’s appeal challenging the suspension of his operating privileges by the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, Department of Transportation, Bureau of Driver Licensing (DOT), pursuant to section 1547(b)(l)(ii) of the Vehicle Code.1 We reverse.
