The defendant, O. E. “Steve” Plamilton, was charged by information filed in the district court of Stephens county with the larceny of a cow; was tried, convicted, and sentenced to serve three years in the State Penitentiary, and has appealed.
In order to properly consider the assignment of errors presented in defendant’s brief, it is necessary to make a short review of evidence.
