OPINION

Before the Court is a motion to transfer the venue of this Chapter 11 proceeding from the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Eastern District of New York to the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of Puerto Rico. The motion which was made while this Court was still operating under the stay as extended of the Supreme Court’s decision in Northern Pipeline Construction Co. v.
