This is a habeas corpus ease filed in this Court by Bobby Gene Threet. He has been held in contempt by a district court for refusing to make support payments pending a divorce action. He denied that he had been married, and here contends that the district court was without power to require such payments because there was no evidence introduced at the hearing that there had ever been any marriage.
