Order and judgment (one paper), Supreme Court, New York County (Alice Schlesinger, J.), entered June 19, 2014, annulling respondent’s determination, dated July 18, 2012, which denied petitioner’s remaining family member claim to succes sion rights to an apartment formerly leased to her husband, and remanding the matter for a new hearing before a different hearing officer, unanimously affirmed, without costs.
