This appeal involves a somewhat unique land line controversy between two brothers, Lanneau Shelley and Bevin Shelly, arising under the terms of the will of their father, M. B. Shelley. On or about January 6, 1949, the said M. B. Shelley and his wife, Mrs. Gertie Shelley, each being possessed of certain real estate or interests therein, went to the office of an attorney for the purpose of preparing a will or wills, and as a part of the transaction Mrs. Shelley conveyed her property to Mr. Shelley, who executed a will which devised his real estate to Mrs. Shelley for life and…
