This adversary matter arose from Plaintiff Craig Capron’s Complaint to Determine Dischargeability of Debt, and the Counterclaim for Declaratory Relief of Defendant Cedar Rapids Electrical Apprenticeship Training and Educational Trust a/k/a Cedar Rapids Electrical JATC (the “JATC”).
