KEENAN, District Judge.

INTRODUCTION

Appellant Communications Satellite Corporation (“COMSAT”) appeals from a decision of the United States Bankruptcy Court of the Southern District of New York denying the allowance and immediate payment of an administrative expense. U.S. Bankr., S.D.N.Y. Nos. 89B 10073 (PBA) through 89B 10084 (PBA) inclusive (Prudence Abram, U.S.B.J.).
