MEMORANDUM OF DECISION
This matter is before the court on the plaintiff's motion for a prejudgment remedy. The defendants object to the prejudgment remedy claiming that the defendants' property is exempt, there is adequate insurance to pay any judgment and that there is no probable cause that the plaintiff suffered the injury he claimed as a result of the plaintiff's acts.
