HUBBART, Judge.
The central question presented for review is whether Miller v. State, 403 So.2d 1307 (Fla.1981), which prescribes certain requirements for inventory searches of impounded vehicles under the Fourth Amendment to the U.S. Constitution and Article I, Section 12 of the Florida Constitution, is still good law in view of the subsequent 1983 amendments to Article I, Section 12 of the Florida Constitution.
