This is an action brought by the Tonopah Lumber Company, a corporation, plaintiff, against the Nevada Amusement Company, a corporation, William Easton, P. Walsh, G. W. Peer, C. W. Hopkins, the Peer-Hopkins Company, R. E. Waugh, R. M. Henningsen, and the Western Engineering and Construction Company, defendants, to foreclose a material-man’s lien filed against the property of the defendants.
