OPINION

{¶ 1} Robert G. Like was found guilty by a jury in the Montgomery County Court of Common Pleas of three counts of aggravated murder, one count of aggravated robbery, and one count of kidnapping, each with a firearm specification, and two counts of tampering with evidence. He was sentenced to an aggregate term of life plus twenty-one years in prison. Like appeals from his convictions.
