1. The petition is not demurrable on the ground that “ there are no legal trustees or any trustees authorized by law for calling an election, passing resolutions, or to hold an election.” The officers, acting as trustees, were at least de facto officers, and their authority cannot be attacked collaterally in this proceeding for validation of bonds.
