OPINION

BUSTAMANTE, Judge.

{1} This is a dispute over a commission on the sale of real property. Defendants, Summit Investment Company, LLC (Summit), and Jeffery W. Potter, appeal a judgment, entered after a bench trial, in favor of Plaintiff French & French, Inc. (French). The judgment awarded compensatory and punitive damages and held Summit and Potter jointly and severally liable.
