DECISION

{¶ 1} Relator, Elbert Duley, filed this original action requesting this court to issue a writ of mandamus ordering respondents, Ohio Department of Rehabilitation and Correction ("ODRC") and Ohio Adult Parole Authority ("OAPA"), to apply good-time credit to reduce his maximum sentence.
