The Court has before it the Debtor’s Objection to Claim filed by Robert F. Leagan, Mary Leagan and Jeanne C. Kline (collectively, the “Claimants”) [62] and the amended Response thereto filed by the Claimants [70]. This matter was first heard by this Court on March 9, 2007.
